Unspoken Touch

Thinking of words, wanting to say
What you mean to me
But, there's so many to choose
And none seem right
So, I'll look into your eyes and
You'll see and realize
Without a spoken word
It's you I love

Words you see, cannot explain how I feel
And what all you mean to me
The love I have for you runs wide and deep
And the only way you will ever really know
Is when you look into the window of my soul
My eyes will speak what words cannot say
Seeing the love I have for you
Words will just never do

Unable to explain what we feel inside
Wanting you as much as you do me
No words are needed
Just a gentle touch
Can say a thousand words
And mean much more you see

I look to words all in part
To express these emotions that rest in my heart
It all began with you and me
And that touch that was released
Words then were not needed to describe
Just that touch explained the feelings inside

I look in awe as the story takes pace
Seeing you on the other side of the screen
Words coming to life
Deep in thought in another place
It's amazing what two can share
Expressing words of care
