Walking along the shoreline
Hearing the roar of the ocean
The salt in the air
The sand between my toes
I think of you
And wish you were here
Fond memories of us
I carry with each step
In my heart, I feel you near
Wanting desperately to be with you
Stooping to write you're name in the sand
Loving you the way I do
The sound of the gulls
As they fly above
Strumming my guitar
And enjoying the day
For you, I sing a song
A song of love
As the waves come crashing in
I look to the sea
The sun slowly setting
Such a beautiful site
Closing my eyes
I call out you're name
