The Mirror
It's easy to find fault with others
But, before you do or accuse
Take a good hard look in the mirror
At yourself and see what's in you
Are you lost in the darkness of your fears
Is that why you point the finger at someone else
Before you'll admit to you're reflection
I was nowhere near, yet I was there
To forgive is to first
Set yourself free
Then you can begin to understand
We're all created equally
Look for the good in others
Not on the outside but,
What's on the inside
And you will see, we're alike, you and me
So, before you accuse
Any of their faults,
This I wish you'd do
Take a good hard look in the mirror
At yourself and see what's in you
