We
Remember
A day of fond remembrance
Of those we hold so dear
Who have guarded and protected us
And made us safe from fear.
The sacrifice's that were made
Is glorified by God
Please think of them with reverence
As their sacred ground we trod.
Our loved ones lay in silent sleep
Crosses lined up row on row
Above the graves the birds now sing
Where a blanket of green grass grow.
They may be gone but not forgotten
Bid good-bye to those we love
So brave and strong they fought to the end
They are now in Heaven above.
We celebrate this Memorial Day
To men and women far and wide
God keep them safely in your arms
They will now with him abide.
