Strolling the beach
The ocean spoke
The waves they sighed
I felt your thoughts
Wishing I was by your side

Seeing you in my dreams
Your body is a poem
Created as you dance
And looking to the sky
The stars are not twinkling

Hearing no sound of a lullaby
The midnight hour brings
Feeling the loneliness
Without you near
Of sadness the songbird sings

You must return to me
And feel the rays of love
I emit for you
If you love someone
Such as I do you
Now and forever
Let it be me

Each time we meet
I find love so complete
And without
your sweet love
What would life be

Given a chance from high above
Never leave my side
And let it be me
Forever and always
The one you only love
