My Invisible Companion
 
Wherever I go, he is there. When I sleep, he stands by my bed
and watches. When I gather my family, he is there watching protecting. If I look outside my home, he is there whether it be raining, snowing or just hot. 
 
When I travel to work, he is with me. At work, he stands guard
watching and ready. Even when I do mundane things like shopping, grabbing a pizza for the family, he is there. Who is this man?
 
Well he could be a she, but they are our countries finest, the
United States of America's best; the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard. 
 
Today while you eat, or just am thinking about the world, think
about these young, oh so young souls that are watching over you and protecting you. They will fall on a grenade to keep it from blowing your family apart. They stand tall and proud in our first line of defense and offense in the war against the cowards and curs of terrorism.
 
Say a prayer for them.  Bless them one and all.
