Wait For Me

My Lord how I love thee
You are with me every day
Your words comfort and guide me
Along life's weary way.

You help me make it through each hour
You're with me through each night
I feel your presence in the dark
And in the morning light.

You comfort me when I am sad
Console me when I'm blue
The happiest I will ever be
Is when I'm close to you.

You never once let me down
All I do is call your name
I feel you close beside me
Loving Jesus you remain.
