What a lovely day it is
Made me think of you
The beauty of the sunshine
Made me feel happy too.

I thought that I would send this card
So you know what's in my heart
To begin a day thinking of a friend
Makes for a perfect start.

Each day is such a blessing
A gift so precious and rare
Just like the way our friendship is
The way that we both really care.
