Spirit Of Nature

Can you feel the hush of evening
Quietness of the sky
Listen! Night sounds in yonder space
Magical to the naked eye.

The hollow night surrounds me
The whisper of a breeze in the air
The sky is full of angel dust
The glorious moon shining there.

Sounds of nature alert my ears
As I listen to songs without words
It's times like this I feel close to God
And emotions in my heart occurs.

This is not a normal poem
Like the ones I write each day
But the words say a lot about Gods precious gift
It was meant I express it this way.

It is so strange to speak of things
That are mysterious and hard to explain
Yet God intended it to be this way
Just as he did sunshine and the rain.

So enjoy the sunshine of the day
The sparkling stars at night
For the universe belongs to Him
And he made it exactly right.
