One Wish

If I had one wish
I know what I would do
I'd wish for a friend
Just exactly like you.

So often we forget
Important things in life
With so much happening
And with so much strife.

Each day should be special
Each night we should share
The things that God gave us
Because He does care.

Yes, friends stay with us
Through thick and through thin
Thank goodness I found you
A beautiful friend.
