Never Forget

The time flies by so swiftly
Sometimes we forget to say
Thank you or I love you
Or just have a very nice day.

We seem to think we have forever
Yet time slips away so fast
When we realize what we should have done
That special moment has past.

The span of life is very short
It's impossible to do it all
But when it's over just be content
That our errors was not our downfall.

It was only what we did not expect
That the time would slip so fast
And we never realized recovery
Is something that already past.

So think of your friends and loved ones
Today that is fresh and new
Tell them that you love them
For then that is all you can do.

We all should do this often
So tomorrow there will be no regret
If we do it today you'll be very glad
A gift that you'll never forget.
