Helping Each Other

If I can help someone
As I go about my day
Reach out and touch another's hand
In a kind and friendly way.

Then I have accomplished one thing
I'd truly want to do
Just reaching out to let you know
I'll be a friend to you.

What a lovely time of year
To let each other know
How precious life really is
So let our friendship's grow.

God gave us each but one life
To live every day
By helping others if we can
In a special loving way.
