God sends us help from Heaven
To make it through each day
He teaches us many things
Along life's weary way.

He guides us to do what's right
Sways us from all our wrongs
He takes all our weakness
Makes our bodies strong.

He is with us always
We are never far apart
When I turn away from him
His hand prints touch my heart.

I thank him for his patience
Watching me from up above
I'll sleep forever in his arms
Bask forever in his love.
