Good Night

What a beautiful day today
To share with each of you
Twilight surrounds us in the after glow
And my thoughts return to you.

A day displayed by God's graciousness
That you and I can share
Just take the time to enjoy it
Because his love is there.

Don't fret about the little stuff
Doesn't matter at all you see
Life in all it's glory
Was meant for you and me.

So enjoy each day as much as you can
And know your friend is near
Because I think of you each day
And because I really care.

Good night my very special friend
I pray you lay in rest
And may tomorrow bring you
Much love and happiness.
