Far Away Friends

I have friends in far away places
Friends I hardly no
Countries that I've never seen
Places I've wanted to go.

Many times I've day dreamed
About some far away shore
Where I might learn the customs
And love will open a door.

We should love each other
No matter our race or creed
Striving together to maintain peace
Should be our number one deed.

So when you kneel to pray tonight
Ask the Lord up above
To give us peace on earth today
With unity and with love.
