Blessed Easter

A glorious day of blessings
Jesus sends along our way
As He watches us from up above
This special Easter Day.

Never thinking of his feelings
Or pain suffered on that cross
His regret of leaving all He loved
Was His one and only loss.

For we are children of our Jesus
Who lives with us each day
And teaches love and sacrifice
In his own special way.

As you kneel once more this Easter
Please tell Him of your love
Know that He's watching over you
From Heaven up above.
